Please remember that all of our items are second hand and may have some age related wear and tear.  Notable faults and damage will be mentioned in the items descriptions, but please read the descriptions and study the photos fully.  We are more than happy to supply more information and further photos.

Payment

Payment can be made via the website by debit or credit card.  If you would like to pay by bank transfer please get in touch and we can give you bank details.

Returns & Refunds

If for any reason you are not happy with an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund.  The item should be returned to us in the original condition, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.  Refunds will be processed on receipt of the item.  We recommend the item is returned by a trackable and insured postal service.

Postage

We offer free postage within the UK by Royal Mail tracked and signed for delivery.  

Overseas buyers are responsible for any import tax or duties payable in the destination country.
